Personal TrainingPersonal Training is a great way to work one on one with Tony or in a small group setting of your choice. Tony will help you reach your goals and give advice about nutrition, additional exercises, and encouragement. Tony evaluates each client and assesses their fitness level to build a personalized program to help the client reach his or her goal. He uses muscle confusion and works out muscle groups or the entire body during each session. Your entire workout will include strength training with weights, cardiovascular training, and balance/core training. Each session is a little different so the body does not adapt to the exercises and you don't get bored.
